To begin your firm’s membership application, please complete the form below. The primary contact should have signatory rights and be authorized to sign agreements on behalf of your organization. You can view a detailed breakdown of IDC licensing fees here. After submitting your application, you will receive a licensing agreement via DocuSign which must be signed before your application can be approved.
