IDC 2026 Annual Report Now Available

The Innovation Design Consortium’s 2026 Annual Report is here — and it marks a meaningful shift in how the IDC operates and delivers value to its members.

2025 was a transition year. The IDC strengthened its organizational foundation, put leadership in place and moved from ad-hoc coordination to repeatable execution. The result: a platform that’s no longer just a forum for ideas, but one built to deliver on them.

The report covers the key changes that defined the past year — a clearer leadership model that enabled faster decision-making, tangible progress across the IDC’s initiative portfolio including Data & AI strategy and applied working groups, and operational improvements that brought greater discipline and visibility to how work gets done. Membership, sponsorship engagement and external visibility all grew as a result.

With that foundation now in place, the IDC enters 2026 positioned to scale. That means deeper engagement across member firms, broader delivery across priority initiatives and a sharper focus on moving work from concept to impact across the AEC industry.
